Convenient Adult Primary Care — Wherever You Are

At Lynch Healthcare, Telehealth Visits are available to adult members (18+) as part of our Direct Primary Care (DPC) model.

Telehealth allows you to connect securely with your Nurse Practitioner using video or telephone when clinically appropriate. This option provides convenient access to care for follow-ups, medication reviews, new concerns, and preventive discussions — without travel or waiting rooms.

All telehealth services are delivered in compliance with New Jersey regulations and HIPAA privacy standards.

What Telehealth Visits Can Address

Telehealth visits may be appropriate for:

  • Follow-up appointments
  • Chronic disease management check-ins
  • Review of laboratory or imaging results (performed externally)
  • Non-urgent acute illness evaluation
  • Medication management (non-controlled medications)
  • Preventive care discussions
  • Lifestyle and risk-reduction counseling
  • Minor skin concerns (when visible by video)

Telehealth services are provided based on clinical judgment and may require conversion to an in-person visit if necessary.

What Telehealth Visits Do Not Replace

Telehealth is not appropriate for:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Chest pain or symptoms of heart attack
  • Severe shortness of breath
  • Major injuries or trauma
  • Conditions requiring hands-on physical examination

If your symptoms require emergency care, you will be directed to call 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility.

Medication Management via Telehealth

Non-controlled prescription management may be addressed during telehealth visits when appropriate.

Controlled substances are not guaranteed and are prescribed only in accordance with applicable laws, collaborative physician protocol, and internal policy. The practice reserves full discretion to decline initiation or continuation.
