We provide preventive care services for adults age 18 and older in Wall Township, New Jersey, through a Nurse Practitioner-led primary care practice. Screenings are recommended based on age, medical history, risk factors, and evidence-based guidelines.

How Preventive Screenings Work in Our Practice

Your membership includes preventive evaluations and clinical assessments performed in the office or via telehealth when appropriate.

If laboratory testing, imaging, or specialty procedures are indicated, those services are coordinated through outside facilities and are not included in the membership fee. We discuss recommendations and associated costs in advance.

Blood Pressure Monitoring

Cardiovascular Risk Evaluation

We assess heart health through vital sign monitoring, medical history review, and risk stratification. Additional diagnostic testing, if required, is referred to the appropriate facilities.

Cancer Screening Guidance

We provide age-appropriate cancer screening recommendations based on national guidelines. This may include referrals for:

  • Colonoscopy

Imaging and procedural screenings are performed by outside providers and are not included in the membership fee.

Vision and Hearing Concerns

Basic screening discussions and symptom assessments are included. Formal vision and audiology testing are referred to appropriate specialists.
