What Your Membership Includes
Your monthly membership includes access to medically appropriate adult primary care services such as:

- Acute illness visits when needed
- Medication management within NP scope of practice
- Prescription refills for non-controlled medications

What Is Not Included in Membership
The following services are not covered by the monthly subscription fee:

- Emergency department or hospital care
- Medications dispensed by pharmacies
- Durable medical equipment
- Procedures outside routine primary care
- Disability, legal, or employment-related forms
