Components of an Adult General Health Checkup

Comprehensive Physical Examination

Your visit includes review of vital signs, medical history, medications, and current concerns. We assess overall health status and discuss preventive strategies tailored to your age, risk factors, and goals.

Preventive Health Screening

Screening recommendations are based on age, personal history, and evidence-based guidelines. We review appropriate preventive measures and discuss options for recommended laboratory or imaging studies (performed by outside facilities).

Cardiovascular Health Monitoring

We assess blood pressure, cardiovascular risk factors, and lifestyle contributors to heart health. If indicated, we coordinate further evaluation through appropriate referral channels.

Chronic Disease Monitoring

For patients with ongoing medical conditions, checkups help monitor stability, adjust treatment plans, and prevent complications.
